Host? Training? Egypt? Right! Also in
training, seminars and conferences, there should be a host that gives participants really feel that they are welcome guests and no Euro notes on 2 legs.
to be the first on the scene to welcome the guests (participants) and 30 seconds to keep small talk costs nothing. But makes a big difference.
Ask yourself just before you would enter a room and then ... .. You can see where you stay.
And now imagine that, then somebody comes to you, friendly welcomes and advises you to take some time to place on the application to go or whatever.
So: be present as hosts and ensure that guests feel welcome.
