The link building is first classified themselves: Webdiretories, social bookmarking, article directories, ads about ads and advertorials in content-relevant sites, including cooperation with forums and a few satellite, but that have quality content. I also check to make just a few blogs, in which content-relevant items are to be created with a link.
Second, I've taken some onpage optimization, and hope to the threshold of the 5th position to be able to exceed.
